Are you feeling stuck with school anxiety?

If your child is struggling with school right now, there’s a good chance you’ve spent a lot of time trying to work out what’s actually going on—and what might help.

And you may be feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or like you’re constantly trying different things without a clear sense of whether you’re focusing on the right areas.

Most parents I work with are already trying incredibly hard to support their child—they just don’t always have the right framework to make sense of what’s going on.

If so, I wanted to let you know about something that might help.

My School Anxiety Support online course is now open for enrolment until 14th May.  The course is designed to help you feel clearer, more supported, and more confident about what to do next

One of the most important things I’ve learned from working with lots of children who are worried about school is this - school anxiety is rarely just about anxiety. Often, there are underlying difficulties making school genuinely hard for the child—things like sensory overload, friendship difficulties, bullying, autistic burnout, or struggling with aspects of learning.

And if we only focus on the anxiety, without understanding and addressing those underlying difficulties, support plans often fail to make a real difference

So this course is designed to help you understand what’s really driving your child’s difficulties, and then build a personalised support plan with clear goals and practical strategies that can be used both at home and in school.

The aim is to help you move away from feeling stuck or constantly guessing what might help, and instead feel clearer, more confident, and more purposeful about what to focus on next.

Inside the course, there are four core modules and eight optional pathway modules that take a deeper look at specific areas of difficulty. You don’t need to work through all of them—just the ones most relevant for your child.

Each pathway includes example goals and practical support ideas, so you can begin putting together a plan that actually fits your child’s needs.

The course is designed to feel manageable for busy parents, with short videos, downloadable handouts and practical tools you can start using straight away.

And you’ll have access for 12 months, so you can revisit things whenever you need to.

There are also 8 bonus live sessions over Zoom to help you work your way through the course.

My hope is that the course helps you feel less stuck, less alone with all of this, and clearer about how to help your child move forward.”
